Project Highlights
Custom Pool and Spa
The centerpiece is a stunning new pool and spa, thoughtfully designed for year-round comfort.
- Pool: A 400 sq. ft. pool with a versatile 3-4-5 ft. depth, holding 10,500 gallons of pristine water. It features a chiller to keep the water refreshingly cool during the hot summer months.
- Elevated Spa: The 40 sq. ft. spa is raised 18 inches above the pool, creating a dramatic focal point with a beautiful travertine spillway.
- Premium Finishes: The pool and spa feature a Wet Edge, Signature Matrix pebble finish in Brilliant Blue, complemented by QDI Blue Cross waterline tiles for a touch of elegance.
Exquisite Hardscape and Decking
We integrated beautiful, durable materials to create a seamless and sophisticated outdoor environment.
- Travertine Decking: 1,520 sq. ft. of QDI Light Travertine provides a cool, elegant surface for lounging and entertaining.
- Curved Seat Wall: An 18 ft. curved seat wall, capped with custom hand-bullnosed travertine, offers built-in seating. The pillars are finished with striking Silver Stack Stone.
- Outdoor Kitchen: A 10 ft. BBQ island equipped with high-end Bull stainless steel appliances makes outdoor dining a breeze.
Thoughtful Landscaping
To complete the oasis, we blended new and existing plants to create a lush, vibrant landscape while keeping the budget in mind.
- New Plantings: We added two large Medjool Palm Fans, Dwarf Bottlebrush, and Red Hibiscus to introduce color and texture.
- Sustainable Choice: The existing Madison Gold Granite was skillfully reused, reducing waste and contributing to the project's cost-effectiveness
