The 26x23 pool holds 13,000 gallons and features a Pebble Tec Wet Edge Signature Matrix interior in Summer Sky — a finish that shifts with the light and deepens with the water. The 7x7 spa connects directly to the pool via a Travertine Ripple Down water feature, so the sound of flowing water is constant and calming.
An 18-inch raised bond beam frames the pool with three Bobe SS Smooth Flow Scuppers. Two 24-inch and one 36-inch raised bond beams are faced with Splitface Fantastico Travertine — a detail that reads as both architectural and natural.
800 square feet of English Walnut Travertine Veri surrounds the pool. Beyond that, 1,100 square feet of Belgard Sierra Blend pavers extend the living space further into the yard. Both materials hold up to Arizona sun without sacrificing character.
2,000 square feet of Pro Turf ties the space together — no irrigation, no mowing, no fading. Your lawn stays picture-perfect through every season.
A 20-linear-foot BBQ station anchors the entertaining zone. It features a 4-burner Bull Angus grill, a Bull Pro Griddle, a stainless steel sink, stainless steel drawers and cabinets, and a travertine bar top. Whether you're hosting twenty people or cooking for four, this kitchen is ready.
The 4-foot firepit gives you a reason to stay outside long after the sun goes down. Surrounded by native plantings and warm light, it becomes the natural end-of-night gathering point.
Every plant was chosen to thrive in the Arizona climate while adding visual texture to the space. Cacti and succulents — including Golden Barrel Clusters, Mexican Fence Post, Moroccan Mound, Agave Weberi, and Thompson Yucca — provide bold sculptural form. Mediterranean Fan, Mule, and Pineapple Palms add height and a resort feel. Live Oak, Mastic, and Swan Hill Olive trees frame the space with shade and permanence. Orange Bells, Yellow Bells, Green Hopseed, and Little Olie shrubs fill the edges with color and movement.
Designed by Kitchell, the lighting plan includes 23 area lights, 19 spotlights, 10 niche lights, and 10 rail lights — 62 fixtures in total. At night, your backyard doesn't disappear. It transforms.
